Hi, GFN-ers and permaculture folks- I wanted to make sure you all know 
about Northampton Winter Fare, which is coming up this Saturday, January 
14th, 10am-2pm at Smith Voke. It's going to be a lovely farmers' market

workshops (full schedule here

forward to! We will also be doubling all SNAP purchases up to $10. All

Winter Fare kicks off to a new year of farmers' markets- with so many 
awesome regular markets throughout the season (including great weekly 
markets in Northampton and Amherst, which will be closed this weekend), 
we want people to come to Winter Fare to shop, attend a free workshop, 
and be inspired to make seasonal eating and farmers' markets a regular 
part of their lives. So I hope you'll come and bring a friend!
We also are still looking for volunteers to spend an hour serving soup, 
helping us learn more about shoppers' winter food habits, or haul heavy
